Locate the UMKC or Mizzou folder within the documents located inside the teams chat. From there open the “UMKC-FacultyFiles” folder, as seen below.

Begin by claiming a department from the faculty profile list. If there is not a curator column on the left, add one. In the curator section, write your name for each professor, as seen below. 

Use the chrome extension to pull the excel sheet for each professor from https://scholars.umsystem.edu/dashboard  

In the UMKC folder, create a new folder for the department you are working on, as seen above. Upload all the excel sheets there.

Check if the professor has publisher pdfs in the excel sheet under the OA tab. If they do not have any, mark them as an A in the “grade” column in the faculty profile list and move on to the next professor.

If the professor does have publisher pdfs under the OA tab, go through the process of bringing them up to an A+. Once the publisher pdfs have been found, go the department folder you previously created and uploaded the excel sheets to, and create a new folder with the professor’s name, as seen below. Upload any OA pdfs into that folder.

Once complete with a department, move on to the next!
