Day One – 5/18/2020
I clocked in at 2:00PM and sent a message to the UMSL OA Practicum group in Microsoft Teams.
I scheduled a check-in meeting with one of the students for 4:00PM and checked in with the other students.
I worked on my own Post-Print PDF work until 4:00PM, when I met with one of the students and used screen-sharing to answer some questions about how to filter in the Google Sheets since it wasn’t working on one of the sheets.
I clocked out at 5:00PM
Day Two – 5/19/2020
I clocked in at 2:00PM and sent a message to the UMSL OA Practicum group in Microsoft Teams.
I checked in with some of the students and answered some questions about the Discovery and the sheets for the profiles they are making.
I continued working on my own Post-Print PDF work until I clocked out at 5:00PM.
Day Three – 5/21/2020
I clocked in at 2:00PM and sent a message to the UMSL OA Practicum group in Microsoft Teams.
I checked-in with some of the students and answered questions about the sheets they are making and about The Checker not working properly.
I worked with the students to try and find a solution before I started working on the Post-Print PDF work I have.
I clocked out at 5:00PM.
Day Four – 5/22/2020
I clocked in at 2:00PM and sent a message to the UMSL OA Practicum group in Microsoft Teams, including some solutions I found for The Checker problems.
I checked-in with some of the students and answered some questions about the sheets they are working on, pertaining to what they find in The Discovery system.
I continued working on my own Post-Print PDF work until I clocked out at 5:00PM.
Day Five – 6/15/2020
I clocked in at 2:00PM and sent a message to the UMSL OA Practicum group in Microsoft Teams.
Continued working on Lon Chubiz’s sheet, sorted which of his works is Publisher PDF and which is Post-Print or Preprint.
Highlighted the Deposit Statement columns for use when I make Post-Prints and when I upload his missing works into BePress.
Replied to Michelle about the question she had about a faculty member’s missing article.
I clocked out at 5:00PM.
Day Six – 6/16/2020
I clocked in at 2:00PM and sent a message to the UMSL OA Practicum group in Microsoft Teams.
Continued working on Lon Chubiz’s sheet and started comparing each of the OA works to his BePress profile to see which ones were missing and which one needed to be added.
I clocked out at 5:00PM.

I clocked in at 2:00PM.
Continued working on Lon Chubiz’s sheet and started working towards upgrading his sheet to an A+.
Noted to ask Lena about what to do if a work has the Archiving Location marked as “preprint,postprint,publisher pdf” or other similar variations.
