DH Lab Usage Policy
Computer use will be given priority for student use on digital projects associated with coursework. Computers may be used as digital tools (for example, to access Audacity, iMovie, etc.) as long as that work is going toward a digital project. Computers may also be used for any step of the process for digital projects, including research and design. Examples of inappropriate use of DH Macs include (1) using computers for non-course related reasons, and (2) zooming for class/meetings; instead, students can borrow the laptop and take it to a different space.
Equipment Rental Form
Printed forms are available in the lab, or you can download a PDF version using the button below. Equipment renters will fill out one form to keep on file at the DH Lab, and a shorter form to take with them as a receipt and reminder of their projected return date for the equipment.
