DH Lab Usage Policy

Computer use will be given priority for student use on digital projects associated with coursework. Computers may be used as digital tools (for example, to access audacity, iMovie, etc.) as long as that work is going toward a digital project. Computers may also be used for any step of the process for digital projects, including research and design.

Examples of inappropriate use of DH Macs include:

• Zooming for class/meetings; instead, students can loan the laptop and take it to a different space.
• Using the computers for non-course related reasons
